The following rates apply to one 45 minute sesson.

If you and your therapist make a decision to use extra time, appropriate fees apply.

The above rates stay in effect as long you are an active client. Client files will be closed after a 30 day lapse in services.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. No refunds.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks or declined credit cards. The fee is in addition to session fees due.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Our therapists work on a scheduled appointment basis and arrange a specific time to be there for you. Clients are required to give a minimum of 24-hours notice when cancelling an appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the office (281-855-1982), leaving a voicemail on the general number or directly for your therapist, or sending an email to Info@BanyanCounseling.com within 24 hours of your appointment time in order to avoid late cancel/no show fees.
If you cancel, no show, or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice there is a fee of $50.00.
